Our Story
For years, our founder heard the same refrain: "You need to bottle this." Everyone was a fan, with the possible exception of his four-year-old cousin. When time met opportunity, and following the passing of his father, he knew it was the moment to turn a passion into a legacy. It was the perfect way to honor his family and their Argentine heritage.
In the summer of 2023, he spent two months in California obsessed with every detail of the brand. What began as a family ritual has grown into a mission to share bold traditions with the world.
What Is Chimichurri?
Chimichurri is the legendary green sauce orginiating from Argentina and Uruguay. It is a staple of the Argentine asado, crafted from fresh herbs, garlic, and a bold acidity that cuts through the richness of any meal. Our recipe is a masterclass in balance. It is vibrant, herbaceous, and carries a rebellious little kick.
Spoon it, dip, it or marinate with it. From the grill to the dinner table, we are here to expand your palate.

Why a Raccoon though?
Meet our Chief Instigator. He's Reginald when he's filing taxes and Reggie when he's stirring the pot. We chose the raccoon because they are the ultimate culinary opportunists. Clever, highly intelligent, and always on the hunt for something better.
There is a certain mischief in their nature that mirrors the unexpected zing in every jar. But beyond the mask, raccoons are surprisingly social creatures. They thrive on connection and shared discovery. Reggie is here to bring people together around a table for a proper flavor heist.
Besides, they are the undisputed kings of the internet. It was a natural fit.
