For years, our founder was told he should bottle and sell his chimichurri—everyone loved it (well, except his four-year-old cousin). When time met opportunity, and after the passing of his father, he knew it was the perfect moment to turn a passion into something more—a way to honor his family and heritage.
In the summer of 2023, he spent two months in California researching, refining, and building the foundation of this brand. That’s when Reginald the Raccoon (Reggie when he's saucey) was born as the official mascot, and new ways of using chimichurri with a variety of meals started to take shape. What began as a family recipe became something bigger—a way to share bold flavors and tradition with the world.
Authentic chimichurri is made with Italian parsley, garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and just the right balance of spices. It's vibrant, zesty, and crafted to elevate any dish.
